It’s been a long journey from the poor rural upbringing in the Appalachian Tennessee hills to who I am today. The pathway I traveled was winding and littered with stumbling blocks along the way. What I learned is that those same stones can either trip you up and leave you bloody, broken and defeated on the side of the path or you can use them to build a stairway to your future. And that stairway can lead you up into the stars, to a future that you may only dream of now. I built a faith in my Nudges. I learned that following my own intuition always leads me to joy and fulfillment.

I love who I am today and the journey I am traveling! I truly believe I always get what I want or what I am given instead will be better than I even knew to dream of. Through my speaking and writing, I want to help others to recognize their own Nudges and find peace with the part of the journey that is past and excitement about what is still to come. I hope that anyone who reads my book, follows my blog or hears me speak will come away with the belief that Everything is happening FOR us rather than TO us.
